    Owner

    Driven by a lifelong passion for health and fitness, Taya O’Dell founded Born Driven Training in 2020 to create a space where individuals could feel empowered, supported, and inspired in their fitness journeys. As a certified Kinesiologist, Soft Tissue Release Therapist and Certified NASM Personal Trainer with a deep understanding of movement and wellness, Taya combines expert knowledge with a genuine desire to help others succeed.

    Her vision for the Born Driven Studio is rooted in providing a personalized approach to fitness - whether through one-on-one personal training or dynamic group fitness sessions - while maintaining a high-end, welcoming environment. Taya’s goal is to help clients build strength, confidence and a sustainable lifestyle they love.

    When she’s not in the studio, Taya enjoys gardening, fishing, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Jeff, German Shepherd, Axle and chickens. Her hobbies fuel her appreciation for holistic living, hoping to lead by example to those she trains. Her passion for self-improvement and helping others unlock their potential is the driving force behind Born Driven.

    Taya’s motto in her personal and work life is, “Have passion and be driven. Be relentless in exceeding your goals.”

  • Jessica Ratzlaff

    NASM Certified Coach

    Meet Jessica Ratzlaff, one of our dedicated trainers here at Born Driven Training. Jessica is a NASM certified personal trainer with additional certification in nutritional coaching. Her passion for fitness began in high schol, where she competed at a high level in swimming and played soccer for fun. After graduation, she embraced weightlifting and running to stay in shape, further fueling her love for health and wellness.

    As a wife and mom to two young children, Jessica understands the challenges of balancing family life while prioritizing personal health. She connects deeply with other moms striving to find time for their fitness goals. Jessica believes that anyone, with the right guidance, can learn to strength train and improve their overall well-being.

  • Sarah Linnitt

    NASM Certified Coach

    Meet Sarah Linnitt, a multi-talented coach at Born Driven Training with an impressive background in fitness, sports, and health care.

    Sarah’s passion for movement began early as a track athlete and competitive soccer player in high school. Her love for endurance sports led her to long-distance running, where she completed numerous half marathons and participated in the Sun Run and other running clinics. Over the years, Sarah has explored a wide variety of fitness disciplines, including CrossFit, Orange Theory, hot yoga, spin classes, and private boot camps. She’s also tackled countless challenging hikes, embodying her adventurous and active spirit.

    With a solid foundation in kinesiology studies at university, Sarah discovered her true calling in massage therapy, blending her knowledge of movement with hands-on care. She graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in 2015 and spent the next eight years honing her skills at a sports medicine clinic while running her own home practice. Her expertise in injury prevention, recovery, and functional movement allows her to provide a unique perspective in her coaching.
